These terms govern use of Wings, a private analytics platform provided to authorized organizations. By accessing Wings or connecting a third-party system to it, the authorized user agrees to these terms.
1. Authorized use
Access is limited to individuals authorized by the account owner. Users must keep their credentials confidential and use Wings only for the organization's internal business and reporting purposes.
2. Connected systems
When a user connects a system such as QuickBooks Online, they confirm they are authorized to grant that access. Wings uses connected systems on a read-only basis and does not modify their data. The user may disconnect any system at any time.
3. Data ownership
The organization retains all rights to its data. Wings acts as a processor of that data on the organization's behalf and handles it per the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to breach security, access data belonging to other organizations, or use Wings to violate any law or the terms of a connected system.
5. Disclaimer
Wings presents information for internal decision-making and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties; the organization is responsible for verifying figures before relying on them.
